Our registered school nurses will:

A Assure that your child’s medical needs are met
B Believe that your child’s health matters
C Care for your child as a patient and a person

Purchase District Health Department provides school health services on a contract basis at Ballard County and Fulton County Schools.

Our registered nurses provide to the students well child exams, immunizations, acute and chronic illness screenings, required treatments, vision and hearing screenings, lice screenings, administration of medication, counseling, case management, referral, and follow-up services, and individual/classroom health promotion/education.

Signed consents are obtained from the parent or legal guardian prior to services being performed.
