School Health Requirements

Each school district has requirements that are unique to their schools however there are some requirements that apply to all Kentucky schools. Those requirements include school physicals upon entering a Kentucky school, at preschool or Kindergarten and then again at 6th grade entry and up to date immunization certificates.  These services can be obtained at your local health department.
